The Journey's Path to Fitness

I am starting this Blog to help The Journey Church in Rochester, NH with any potential questions they may have about diet, exercise or general health. Even though this is intended to be for The Journy Church, it is completely open for discussion from anyone with an interest. Feel free to ask any question whatsoever. Some examples of questions I am often asked as a trainer include:
- How often should I exercise?
- What is more important cardiovascular exercsie or resistance training?
- What supplements should I use?
- If I wanted to lose 20lbs what would be the best way to start doing that?

If these are some of your questions, please let me know and I can address them. Of course, do not feel limited to these questions alone, I will try to help in any way that I can. However, as a reminder, I am not a physician and I do not prescribe exercise, diet or supplementation as a way to handle a medical condition. If you have questions about your medical status and how exercise, diet or supplements may help you, please consult with your doctor first. Thank you.
